Exchanging your voucher
To receive your ticket or the service, you will need to hand in the original voucher (paper or digital code) showing proof of purchase and the document giving proof of identity.
The use of the entrance will be in the schedule that the BCN Olympic Museum has established in its web (see web page) and it is subject to the capacity of the space. Groups of more than 20 people are advised to pre-visit day and time to reserves@fbolimpica.es .

Cancellations, changes and alterations
The voucher is valid for 180 calendar days from the date of purchase.
You can cancel and change your ticket up to 48 hours after  your purchase. Returns will be processed through the same purchase channel and refunds issued in the same currency.
