This Wednesday, the Cursa dels Nassos 2024 was presented at the Joan Antoni Samaranch Olympic and Sports Museum, with the presence of David Escudé, Barcelona City Council’s Sports Councillor, Jose Luís Blanco, race commissioner, and athletes Esther Guerrero and Adessamat Oukhelfem.
One of the main highlights of this edition is the return of the 5 km race in a mixed-gender format, with great possibilities of breaking the women’s record. Last year, this race was recognized as the best international women’s race by World Athletics, solidifying the Cursa dels Nassos as one of the elite events in world athletics.
