The Joan Antoni Samaranch Olympic and Sports Museum has opened the exhibition of Catalan photographer Jose M. Mercado.
The event was honoured by the presence of Susana Closa, manager of the Barcelona Sports Institute, the athletes, etc.
Since 2012 he has been working on a personal project involving top athletes and art. The exhibition ‘Olympics’ is a small part of this project, which features Olympic athletes such as Gemma Mengual, Laia Palau, Joel González, Queralt Castellet, Pirri and Laura Esther, among others.
This exhibition can be visited until April 26 at the Joan Antoni Samaranch Olympic and Sports Museum.
