The importance of technology in sport

If there is one thing that distinguishes one sports centre from another nowadays it is the services it offers its customers. The Fundación Vida Activa y Saludable (Active and Healthy Life Foundation), in collaboration with the Matrix company, has presented a project based on technology in sports centres.

4th-year Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFE) degree students from the Management Module in the Blanquerna Faculty of Psychology and Education and Sports Sciences (FPCEE) at Ramon Llull University attend a special one-day course on sports management given by Juli Pernas and Alberto Aragón

The Rio 2016 Committee’s Department of Information and Knowledge has donated official documentary material on the organisation of the Olympic Games. The material includes the spectators’ guide, various manuals (on the flag, the head of delegation, the commissioner) various books (the bid book, commemorative books), and the catalogues of the opening and closing ceremonies.

The Catalan National Physical Education Institute (INEFC) in Barcelona has organised the 13th National General Assembly of Spanish Physical Activity and Sports Students (ANECAFYDE)

More than 55 student representatives from the various Spanish universities, both public and private, at which the degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences is taught have visited the Olympic Museum as part of their training.
